Yoga is an intentional process toward a better version of yourself — whether that is to be stronger, to be more flexible, or to be more relaxed or mindful. Those poses that we do help us not only stretch and strengthen our muscles but also direct our focus and help to calm the mind, and eventually that seeps into our daily lives allowing us to be more chill and mindful with regard to our everyday interactions. I believe that yoga can also fix most problems.
